As the manufacturer and retailer, Sleep City offer a full 10 year guarantee on all of our mattress products, extending to faulty workmanship or product components faults. This includes the spring support system and stitching for the full period of the Guarantee, so you’re covered!

Normal wear and tear, damaged caused by transport, abuse, misuse or negligence after accepting delivery are not covered under the terms of the guarantee. It is a condition of the guarantee that customers follow the care and maintenance instructions as outlined in the guarantee card. These instructions provide customers with details information on how to care for their mattress to ensure maximum life expectancy. Failing to follow these instructions in rotating and turning a mattress may void the warranty and dramatically reduce the life expectancy of the product.
